Service Description

SG Bookings provides online scheduling software for appointment-based businesses. Features may include business profiles, services, staff management, availability, public booking pages, client records, booking history, notifications, reporting, and support tools.

Software Delivery

SG Bookings is delivered digitally. Access is provided through the web application after account creation or successful payment. There is no physical shipping or delivery.

Accounts and Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting passwords, managing their users, and ensuring their business use of SG Bookings complies with applicable laws and business obligations.

Trial Terms

The free trial lasts 3 days and includes 1 user, 1 service type, and 5 total bookings. No payment method is required for the free trial. If a user does not upgrade, access may be limited or disabled after the trial ends or after trial limits are reached.

Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly once Stripe billing is enabled. Plan limits may include users, services, bookings per month, and access to advanced features. Prices and limits may change for future customers or future billing periods.

Acceptable Use

Users may not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, send spam, misuse booking tools, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, or use SG Bookings for illegal activity.

Business Content

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their services, pricing, availability, client communications, cancellation practices, and public booking information.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep SG Bookings available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be updated, changed, limited, or removed as the product evolves.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, policy violations, or unlawful use.

Limitation of Liability

SG Bookings is provided as a software tool. Users remain responsible for business operations, customer service, compliance, and appointment decisions.
