SG Bookings is a digital SaaS product. Access is provided electronically after account activation or successful payment. There are no physical goods shipped.

Free Trial

The 3-day trial does not require a payment method, so there is no trial charge to refund.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. Users may cancel future billing through the billing process once Stripe billing is enabled.

Refund Review

Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, failed access caused by platform issues, or other exceptional circumstances.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for unused time, failure to cancel before renewal, business inactivity, lack of use, or dissatisfaction after continued access to the software.

How to Request a Refund Review

Submit a support request with your business name, account email, payment date, amount charged, and reason for the request.
