Free Trial Cancellation
The free trial does not require payment information. If you do not upgrade, the trial can simply expire. No paid subscription begins unless you choose a paid plan.
Paid Subscription Cancellation
Once Stripe billing is enabled, paid users will be able to manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal inside SG Bookings.
Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation stops future billing. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is disabled for abuse, policy violations, security issues, or nonpayment.
Data Before Cancellation
Businesses should export important client and booking data before cancelling or before access is disabled.
Failed Payments
If payment fails or an account becomes past due, access may be limited or disabled until billing is resolved.
